As our baseline offer, Annual Tax Filing is the starting point and the culmination of packages that enhance tax savings and provide financial guidance throughout the year.

Quarterly Reviews

When businesses plan throughout the year, they have peace of mind and a better understanding of their taxes.

The quarterly review package is for those business owners that use CPN Accounting to file their annual taxes but want to take advantage of planning before taxes are due. You can only adjust and start saving on taxes if you plan BEFORE the year has finished. This is a great way to stay in touch with your CPA during the year and keep informed of how changes in your business can affect your tax outlook.

Included in Quarterly Reviews:

Quarterly overview Zoom meetings (~1hrs) to discuss business progress and tax changes.
Quarterly tax planning, updated estimates, and insights to help you optimize your business/make decisions with tax time in mind
Access to me via email for length of contract to answer any questions you have or things that come up related to your books and finances

Billed at $500 a quarter with a minimum of an annual ($2,000) commitment.

Visibility Package

For those businesses that need to set up a new accounting system or need insights and training around a current system. Light tax planning.

Take your business, your money, and your life to the NEXT LEVEL. With the Visibility Package you get a deep dive into what is happening with your money, visibility into what’s coming in and going out, and a crash course in QuickBooks (QB) or your system of choice so you not only know what’s happening in your business today, but you are armed with the knowledge and financial literacy to be on top of your game year after year.

Included in the Visibility Package:

We will look at your business from the perspective of tax exposure and help you make insightful decisions about how to run your business so there are no surprises at year-end. If you’re serious about taking things to the next level and setting yourself up to have consistent profitability in your business, then this is the package for you!

Consultation/Strategy Session (~2hrs) to get a good look at your business and to diagnose what’s going on
Set up in QB or an accounting system that allows you to track your money and get a clear look at what’s going on in the business
Review session to go over your numbers, what’s going on in your business, trends identified thus far, and to orient you to QB and how to navigate around it/find information/reconcile (~1hr+)
Overview meetings (2 meetings included outside of strategy session) to discuss trends and business insights.
Tax planning and insights to help you optimize your business/make decisions with tax time in mind
Access to me via email to answer any questions you have or things that come up related to your books and finances during the contract period.

Billed at $697 a month with a minimum of a 3-month commitment. Also available as a monthly bookkeeping service without forecasting and monthly meetings.

Growth Package

The VIP of all packages! Done for you bookkeeping with monthly updated projections and insight meetings.

You’re all in for the duration of learning, support, and empowerment around your money. This includes strategy sessions, tax planning and insights, assessment of growth parameters so you have visibility to what’s making you money (and what isn’t). We forecast your revenue so you can set your business up to hit (and exceed) your revenue targets.

Included in the Growth Package:

This includes done for you bookkeeping as well as tax filings! Are you tired of making time to update your QuickBooks every month (or let’s be realistic, maybe quarter??) and still not fully understand your numbers? This will give you peace of mind that you have someone experienced overseeing your numbers, spotting issues ahead of time, and planning for taxes. You’ll have a team updating your transactions monthly to help plan for your growth and goals.
